Over a 50 foot pine tree in 2 attempts!

This just works. The night before I hung my 130 foot EFHW antenna, I practice with the sling shot about 10 times to get a feel for it.
On the day of the antenna install, my first attempt only went about 1/2 way up the tree (I had not pulled back on the sling hard enough). Rewound the line and tried again. On my 2nd attempt, it went right where I wanted it to go and over a 50 foot tall pine tree.
You just cannot argue with results like that!

Got more wire in the air

After some practice with rocks I was able to put the rope exactly where I wanted it on the first try. The second rope took 5 tries, but that is a batter experience than I had with using a bow and arrow. You have to be careful and be ready for the weight to swing back at you, but I think this is a great way to hang antennas up to 100 feet in the trees.

Wish I had purchased one a long time ago. Put up new dipole today anchored over an 80 foot pecan tree on one end and the install was flawless. Very pleased.

As a first time user, I wish I had this (delux) kit way befor now, It is first class and makes short work of putting lines over trees, branches, etc.
Well made and comes in a (delux)black carry and storage Bag that keeps everything including "the extras" safe clean and secure. I was abit taken back as I thought the kit was a little pricey but after I unpacked it and took it for a spin, I was glad that I bought it. Shipping was quick and it was packed well.

Awesome product. I have a very think holly tree in the center of my back yard. Nice to look at but I thought it would be a real challenge to use it for my antenna project. I unpacked the EZ Hang Square Shot, read the instructions, and did a little lobbing test shot. All good with the test. I unhooked the weight, reeled in the line, and then loaded up for the real deal. I aimed, fired, and nailed it! The weight and line went through the tree and landed about 2 feet from where i needed it. I attached the supplied line from the EZ Winder, reeled it back through the tree with no snags. Then used the EZ Winder to pull back the antenna wire.
I was ecstatic. I thought I might have a good part of the day with multiple efforts, lost weights, etc. Not so. I had the balance of the day to secure the antenna and, most importantly, get on the air.
Thanks for a great product. I'm already thinking about the next antenna and that big old pine tree will be no match for EZ Hang I'm certain.
Well designed, well documented, great tool bag to keep everything together. I highly recommend this product.
